We give quotes and proposals based on Our understanding of Your requirements so We ask Our clients to give clear explanation and demonstration of their requirements with details of flow and functionality. In the event that good enough details are not provided to Us, We will give quote based on Our understanding of Your requirements. We then advice that You study Our proposal and crosscheck that We have quoted against Your right requirements. Once You approve Our proposal and project takes off, any further additions or changes in functionality may attract extra charges. So We beg that You make sure We have understood Your exact needs before approving Our proposals.

Our quotes and proposals expire after three months if not approved. In this case, We will have to issue a fresh proposal for the project.

Changes in project details after We have started work could make Us overshoot already agreed time frame and such delay should be accepted by You.

We test our work with recent versions of Google Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers. We do not guarantee compatibility with old browser versions.

We advise our clients to use standard web hosting services. We recommend Greengeeks but can work with client's hosting choices if they meet the requirements for our work. We ask clients to let Us know their hosting provisions on time for Us to determine if they meet the requirements for the project. Even when using standard hosting or our recommended host company, We will not be liable for any hosting related problems.

We employ industry standards security practices in Our work but working on the internet and with software and programs, there cannot be 100% guarantee on security and going by this, We do not give any guarantees on security. We are not liable for any loss of data, sales or reputation suffered by client due to security breaches, hacks, virus, malfunction, online or offline exploitation. In such a situation We will work with client to the best of Our ability to remedy the situation but We will not be liable for any losses, damages or claims incurred by client due to the problem.
